A family history of effort, dedication to service and making the hopes and dreams of its customers come true. The Carrasco family, encouraged by the tourist boom of the 70s in Jávea, founded the Carrasco Restaurant on the Arenal beach, specialising in all kinds of rice, meat and fish dishes, and also offering an innovative service for large celebrations of the time: weddings, communions, baptisms…
